How do I cancel my www.hotmoviescelebs.com account Membership?

Please go to this page: https://secure.vod.com/secure/wlcancel.php
Enter your e-mail address or username and your password for your hotmoviescelebs.com account.
Click the Cancel My Membership button.
Your HMCelebs Membership will be cancelled.
This will NOT automatically end your access to hotmoviescelebs.com.
After you cancel, you have access to hotmoviescelebs.com for the duration of your last paid subscription.

How Do I Get Removed From the Mailing List?

If you merely wish to take yourself off of the mailing list, you may do this manually by logging into the site, go to "My Account" tab, and then click on "E-mail Preferences." You can change any or all the E-mail Preferences to "No" then click Update E-mail Preferences.

How Do I Remove My Billing Information?

You may also remove your billing information manually. Go to My Account tab, and then click on Billing Info. You can delete any or all saved credit cards from your account.

I received Error Number 9025: You currently have more than 100 paid minutes in your account. Why did this happen?

When you receive error 9025 it is because you have 100 or more Minutes Remaining in your account. You cannot purchase more time until your Minutes Remaining fall below 30 minutes. This is a feature that was installed for your account protection

Do you accept Pre-Paid Debit Cards?

Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards can be used on our site. Some Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards require that you register the card with the same Zip Code as your billing address. You will need to call the phone number on the reverse side of the Gift Card to register the Zip Code.
