Cancel Account:

How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry that you wish to cancel your account.

If you merely wish to take yourself off of the mailing list, you may do this manually by logging into the site, clicking on the "My Account" tab, and then on "Personal Preferences."

You may also remove your billing information manually by clicking on "My Account" and then on "Account Information." Delete the proper information, and then click "Update."

It costs nothing to keep your account, and you can always come back later to enjoy the movies.

If you wish to cancel because you are unhappy with the site you are using, please CONTACT US with detailed information so we can investigate the cause of your dissatisfaction.

I never authorized this charge that is on my credit card or bank statement, how do I rectify this?

Click the CONTACT US tab and explain the problem. Please provide a daytime phone number, your Time Zone, and your name in the event we need to talk to you about the problem. We will respond within 24 hours.

I purchased a Time Package with a preset number of minutes, but when I went to watch a movie it says I had less minutes, what's the deal?

Refresh your browser and your "Remaining Time" will show the minutes that you purchased.

The wrong amount was deducted from my credit card or checking account, how do I correct this?

This may have happened because the incorrect Time Package was chosen and purchased or after the purchase was made, you clicked the BACK button on your browser which would cause a duplicate purchase. Click the CONTACT US tab and explain the problem. We will respond within 24 hours.

What other forms of payment do you accept?

US Users: Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cash.

I received Error Number 9025: You currently have more than 100 paid minutes in your account. Why did this happen?

When you receive error 9025 it is because you have 100 or more Minutes Remaining in your account. You cannot purchase more time until your Minutes Remaining fall below 30 minutes. This is a feature that was installed for your account protection

Do you accept Pre-Paid Debit Cards?

Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards can be used on our site. Some Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards require that you register the card with the same Zip Code as your billing address. You will need to call the phone number on the reverse side of the Gift Card to register the Zip Code. After you have registered the Zip Code please retry your purchase and use that registered Zip Code when entering your card information when making your purchase on our site. The Vanilla Visa Card is one of these Gift Cards.
